Craniosacral therapy
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle manual treatment focusing on the skull, spine, and pelvis to restore the body's natural balance and healing processes through light touch.
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on treatment developed by osteopath John Upledger. The therapy works with the craniosacral system, which includes the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord. Through very light touches on the skull, spine, and pelvis, the therapist helps release tensions and improve the body's natural self-healing processes. Treatment can alleviate headaches, neck pain, stress, sleep problems, and trauma. The therapy is suitable for all ages, from infants to elderly, and is experienced as deeply relaxing and restorative. A session typically lasts 60-90 minutes, with the client lying fully clothed on a treatment table.
